Use humalog or humalin-R with your breakfast and pre/post workout meal window.
I would work my way upto 20-25ius per shot, totalling 40-50iu's/day. Good starting dose is 10ius.
Run this for 6-8wks, then get off slin cuz your sensitivity will be horrible. Get off for 2-3wks and lower carbs to 120-150g/day for that time period to reset insulin sensitivity. Do lots of cardio and cut back on cals a bit.
preferably,IGF-1 and slin would be run together.
