While metal is a form of rock, it's unclear whether we're including heavy metal singers.
If that's the case: Rob Halford (Judas Priest) Dude still has it. Dio (Rainbow/Black Sabbath/Dio) Geoff Tate (but Queensryche is horrible these days) Jon Oliva (Savatage) Midnight (Crimson Glory) Ray Adler (Fates Warning) What the hell, throw Ozzy in there, too. Dude still can rock. P.S. Never even heard of Lost Horizon. |

Yngiwe, I usually stay on top of the metal news but totally missed that Tate is out of Q-Ryche. Wow. Just read a few articles. We'll see how it goes. Something had to change. They have sucked for too long.

bono - shit vocalist. u2- over-rated band with a guitarist who relies far to much on effects. The only positive i can say of them is they have a decent rhythm section.
shite vocalist??? sorry, its bono, freddy mercury, and no one else that can sing like that in the history of rock and roll. |

Not a huge fan of Slipknot or Stone Sour, but Corey Taylor can fucking sing. Probably has one of the best voices in modern metal IMHO. Deep, decent range, can push his voice into and out of overdrive/screaming easily and fluidly. |

Lost horizon is the greatest thing ever, they make Hammerfall look and un-warriorlike! They used to be called Highlander and they're obsessed with immortality and battles and stuff, their lead singer (Ethereal Magnanimous?) was amazing before he quit. |
