its all a matter of fat cells... Too many fat cells, run dnp and kill em of till you feel you are good enough.

nope, its a matter of if u have a shitty slow metabolism u gotta eat 1000 calories a day for months + do cardio.... VS ecto metabolism: eat 3000 calories a day still be in a deficit due to higher BMR.

Ectomorphs simply have to go super-high on the calories to get big (5000 or more).

That means LOTS of whole eggs, milk, beef, potatoes/rice, and high-calorie weight gainers.

Well, I used that back in the day, in college. That and GNC's Challenge Milk & Egg protein powder were all I could afford, outside of regular food.

How many say they cant 'keep weight on' are above 12 - 15% bodyfat.  Seriously...this was something I have run into a lot...the perma bulkers (not accusing anyone of it) who say they can't keep their weight unless they consume 6000cals per day...and they havent seen their abs in.......never.

I maintain my size with about 2000 - 2100cals per day.  No, I am not 150lbs....I am 5' 9...205

Even with drugs why is it so hard to drop bf when lifting in 80-90% of 1rm? Last summer when I stopped focusing on strength and just lifted in the 60-70% of my lift maxes I found it way easier to drop bodyfat desptie lowering my steroid dosage.

I got no answer for you on that one my friend.  All I do my HRT dose now of 200mg/wk.

I do agree with Galienko....fed that fucker that much...you wont have an ecto anymore.

While that may be the case....I am referring to those who are Tubby McGee and claim they have to eat 500,000 a week because they have such a fast metabolism....yet they haven't seen their abs in who knows when.  You cant see your abs...or have somewhat of definition, is it really legit that you call yourself an ectomorph?
