ROM is highly overrated and not always beneficial (keeping tension on the muscle). Ronnies chest training is a nice example of this.

Agreed. However, going down an inch on lunges like Branch & JoJ do is hardly any tension.

I just saw their vid, and I agree on this. Maybe they got inspired by a Jason Huh vid or it was simply over and out for their legs.

this guy looks like complete shit.  i don't get it, it should be pretty obvious if you have a good body to pursue bbing with after a couple months of training, AT MOST.  with this guy, you can tell even before training he has no chance...

Because of the constant tension? When I lock out completely, I feel more tension on my joints then my quads.
The only downside is that I can handle less weight, but I'm not a powerlifter.
