Parker, you almost (almost) sound like you're defending these rapists like so many others in the black community. I expect much more out of you, Big Mal, and Wiggs!
No, I'm not defending them, I said that they needed to go to jail. What I am saying is this:she is an 11 yr old girl, and they are adults. They need to be punished, because it is there responsibility to say, "hey this chick is underage" or to find out, so that they do not catch charges. But once again, thinking with the wrong part of their bodies, got them in trouble.
And they should be punished, but if there is any inkling that she willing went and had sex with these men multiple times, then it is not a forced "rape", but having sex with an underaged girl, which can be defined as "rape" under statute.
Now, if that is the case, and these men are being verbally "lynched" in the media...what message does that send to the girl? That she can do whatever she wants with impunity, and the law/media/men will come to her aid? Just cry rape when things get heated?
You see, many of the laws of the land are made to "protect" women, but do you know how many men get hemmed up because of that? If you get inot a fight with your girlfriend/wife/Signif Other/ and she she is the one who instigated it, and she may have a mark on her and you called the police, take a wild guess who the police will arrest?
