In my opinion, dumbbell flyes are one of the best chest builders - I do them with a shallow incline and they work the while chest region. Performed after either bench presses or shallow incline barbell presses - can't go wrong.

x3 Some people just forget that they can adjust their bench to a better angle..somewhere in between flat and incline.
Gary Strydom had huge pecs, and he said before that his pecs grew more from heavy flys than from bench press.
