600 pounds but I am 300 pounds at 6% and in the special forces so I guess you would expect a big bench.  True story.

After college football I geared myself up to the max for a year or so... I could do 455 for 5... (naturally I would do 315 for 10-12) Now, i dont go above 225 if I do flat... I feel more of a burn from doing 225 slow and concentrated for 15 reps than I did doing 400+ 10+ years ago...  I mostly stick to dumbbells if I can, where Ill go up to the 125s-135s for incline and flat for sets of 15...

I bench the weight of the bar, i have rotator cuff tendinitis.

I can do bench presses with dumdbells, 110's in a very good day.

best I've done is 175kgs, there was more shoulders used than chest! don't do much over 130 now but that's with nice form and slow and controlled for reps. use DBS more these days but gym only has 60 kgers, but these will suffice for a while longer.  Cry just start with heavy incline dumbell flys.

405@ a fat 290 back in 1996. Now 330-345 @ 210, a bit less fat. Should really gas up and hit 405 again. Nice goal for turning 40!

360 weighing 190 in my late 20's! Have done 315 for 8. On a very low amount of juice at the time!

PB as a natural was 3 plates for a smooth 4 (ok maybe smooth 3 and 7/8s haha)

On the gas 3 plates for 8 and 405 for a horrible couple.

Never been a great bencher, very long arms so feels like each rep is taking 10 seconds and 500 kcals lol.

Done 515 on flat and 545 on a decline, lifting more conservative nowadays, so very rarely do I go past 365, usually for a set of 10. Now everyone has a stand out set where they have surprised themselves right? Well few years back was feeling good, had a nap after 4 plates at a buffet, woke up downed a huge energy drink and half a bottle of ephedrine and was wired beyond belief, threw up 3 plates for 24 reps, same work-out cracked the 130's for 20, will never forget that workout.
