In my opinion, dumbbell flyes are one of the best chest builders - I do them with a shallow incline and they work the while chest region. Performed after either bench presses or shallow incline barbell presses - can't go wrong.

x3 Some people just forget that they can adjust their bench to a better angle..somewhere in between flat and incline.

i do that from time to time as well...i love training chest my best bodypart developement wise...

Gary Strydom had huge pecs, and he said before that his pecs grew more from heavy flyes than from bench press.
