I doubt it. He will probably get promoted. The guy who slapped him was lucky there was a crowd around or he may not lived another day. Imop a slap is worse than a punch. Guy got what he deserved and hopefully more cops fcked him up at the station.

its against the law. period.

the cop did not use reasonable force to deter further attacks and protect himself.

he was laying into the guy while he was subdued by 2 others.

what the fuck is wrong with police?!!... there is a camera rolling and they STILL cant behave like they are trained.

if he doesnt get prosecuted criminally, then the civil lawyers are going to have a field day with the video...

i hope he has a life savings....cos its going to cost him at least that.

Did you see a different video then the rest of us, fair play he was hit first and he stopped after the guy turtled, how much more reasonable do you want the cop to be and I fucken hate cops BTW. You obviously do not know the law or else you would not think anything will come about this, want to money on it?

Not only was the cop hit first, the cop also had to worry about the bitch attacking him when he took the guy down. The best way to do that imop is use brutal force against the guy who just slap/punched you so you can protect yourself against the unknown in the bitch.

The guy got handed a good ass whopping by a cop but he was so drunk he probably doesn't even remember much of it nor does he care much. Just another story to tell his buddies when he gets every bit as smashed the next week.
