I don't agree. He had huge arms, but I wouldn't say his separation was all that spectacular. Lee Haney for example has smaller biceps and triceps than Ronnie, but had far better separation, where every head of the bicep and triceps muscles "popped" out. |

but its a bad bad coleman pic where you will notice that his glutes/hams aren't even flexed yet. here is what peak coleman looks like fully flexed, and its game over for ANY version of dorian: no back double bi from anyone has ever beaten this: |
