ronnie was the best ever, i give him and arnold a tie for the top spot, arnold for being the first to put bbing on the map, and ronnie for his mind blowing size and strength and mr. o titles

guys like Ronnie, Nasser, Shawn, their muscle has a  real dense, hard, grainy quality to it achieved through years of consistent heavy training

not like the bloofy insulin/igf 1/GH pin cushion BB's of today

the bodybuilders of the 90s trained way harder than the bbers of today, thats why their look was more legitimate

Even the mid 90's non~calves Ronnie version is way better than Philsulina and the pack.

hazbin, whats the reason you never turned pro, i think with about 15 more pounds of muscle you would have been able to turn pro

thanx Cswol and Swami.      i always fukked up my prep and looked like an idiot on stage.  i have been over 235lbs. within 4 days of a show, and end up under 215 looking worse on stage.  don't ask me how, but i'd always melt like crazy.

i can see why pros pay as much as 5 grand to have someone walk them through the last week before a show.
