thanx Cswol and Swami.      i always fukked up my prep and looked like an idiot on stage.  i have been over 235lbs. within 4 days of a show, and end up under 215 looking worse on stage.  don't ask me how, but i'd always melt like crazy.

i can see why pros pay as much as 5 grand to have someone walk them through the last week before a show.

u always did your opwn prep or you had a coach to guide you?
after a few shows i thought you'd find out what works/doesnt work for you?

always on my own.   although i'd get nervous a week out and people would always tell me to change this and that. (usually they would want me to quit the daily icecream).    i'd try something and just drop good water out of the muscle.

one year i was pretty ripped at 240 (5'9ish) and milos promised to take me through the final two weeks.   well i got to that point and he flat out stopped taking my calls.  i ended up at less than 210 onstage from 240 in this pic.

another lie and deception from the DCM Milos  >:(
that time you went from 240 to 210 in 2 weeks, it surely must have been mainly water you lost?
you looks very good there @ 240, very balanced with alot of muscle, serious delts there!

but i would drop intra-musclular water. not surface water.   and that water makes your muscle full and hard.  so with the weight loss i would look smaller and smoother.  and lose all my striations.

but we gotta quit hi-jacking this post.  Ronnie is the king, from another planet than the rest of us.

Is this (Arnold 2001 version) really supposed to be the greatest physique ever seen on a bodybuilding stage???

What I see:

A big pair of peaked biceps
Small forearms
Flat chest
Small/narrow lats
Ugly looking abs
Smooth upper legs & tear drops that lack separation
Smooth under developed calves that are covered in varicose veins

Either the picture doesn't do the guy justice or he is the king of overratedness.

It's a bad pic in my opinion. Every bodybuilder has bad pics no matter how great they are.

Any reason why he abandoned you the last two weeks?

no, but i talked to greg kovaks a couple months later, and he was pissed off. he said milos does that to everyone.

now, i didn't ask milos for advise. he told me he was going to dial me in for the contest. i wasn't even planning on competing at that point. but he was so determined that he was going to get me in incredible shape i trained for it. then, at the most important point - nothing. wouldnt' take my calls or return them.
