Bodybuilders start their own businesses or incorporate themselves, the cars are leased through the businesses for the tax write-off. Same as portions of the house. Jay probably made $800k on the original house flips and used that as the down payment on the $1.5M house. So he's carrying a $700k mortgage at 4% - which would be a $5k/mth payment. Certainly not anywhere near a cost that would bankrupt him. If he blew thru the $800k from the flips....then he is an idiot. Still a douchenozzle thread.....

don't know cutler's case, but he may have a poor man's mentality, and despite the flash, did the right things with a percentage of his wealth and set himself up. or, like thousands of pro athletes have proven, it's easy to blow through millions if you don't have a clue.
