Im suing my wife because she got pregnant when I didn't use a rubber, she needs to have a warning label mounted just above her ass.

Get ready, you're going to need a script to go to Starbucks soon...

HAGERSTOWN, Md. (AP) - The parents of a 14-year-old Hagerstown, Md. girl who died in December are suing the maker of Monster Energy Drink, claiming caffeine in the product contributed to her death.

The complaint was filed Friday in California Superior Court in Riverside. It says Anais Fournier went into cardiac arrest after drinking two, 24-ounce Monster Beverage Corp. drinks within a 24-hour period.

Monster is based in Corona, Calif.

An autopsy found that Fournier died of cardiac arrhythmia due to caffeine toxicity that impeded her heart's ability to pump blood. She suffered from an inherited disorder that can weaken blood vessels.

Monster says it doesn't believe its beverages are responsible for Fournier's death. The company says it's not aware of any fatalities caused by its drinks. Monster says it will vigorously fight the lawsuit.

I'm pretty sure they already have rules against too many cigarettes champ.

These monster's juices are killing kids left and right and you want to talk about cigarettes??
We need to stop these juice makers who are TARGETING our youth with illegal substances and forcing them to risk their lives to be "cool."

I'm all for freedom, but there needs to be limits.  We can't be able to just kill ourselves without breaking laws!
You can buy guarana pills from Vitamin Shoppe or Rite Aid with more caffeine in them, and take two and kill yourself...
You can drink 6-10 cups of coffee and get loaded up and kill yourself

Caffiene isn't illegal
Common sense, people.

These drinks don't need warning labels, the kids need to learn and be taught common sense. And also self control.

Instead of wasting time and money blaming a beverage, why not put that energy into promoting the screening of pre existing congenital heart problems in children.
