Actually land and property are quite inexpensive.  I bought 10 acres in Texas for a little over 700 dollars.  I can believe he owns it because Branch has made a ton of money over the years and its not like you have to buy it all at once.

No, I'm not from Texas but I've done a lot of business there and New Mexico.  The acres I bought were near the border of Mexico so its obviously not going to be the same price as Branch Warren's property near Arlington...plus my land was undeveloped raw land.  However, your money goes a very long way anywhere in Texas especially in land and property because there's just a shitload of it.....plus with solar, wind, and rainwater catchment systems, land that used to be completely worthless can now be developed on it quite easily, that's why I bought that piece.

Yes, its a mansion and its a about a half million...if it was in Cali, it would be 5-7 million....point I'm making is that money goes further in Texas than most other states.  That mansion in Texas is less expensive than a studio apartment in New York.
