I remember reading this quote from Kovacs in old magazine article. He never recovered from the deadlifts and squats he did when he was 20.. Also, broscience needs to be exact, the specific number of reps has been determined: "12 reps for cuts, 8 reps for mass" Hahaha yes specific reps is key for different 'asthetics'

When doing calf raises, I like to point my toes either in, out or straight to work a different part of of the calf.
I'm doing concentration curls like Arnold so I can work on my peak.
I'm doing dumbbell pullovers to expand my ribcage.

How is that "broscience"? Plenty of people have done that (myself included) and it's yielded great results, usually for first-time users.
First time I loaded with it, I gained 7 lb in a week and 12 in 21/2 weeks. That was back in 1996.
I haven't replicated those results, since them. Again, that tends to happen with first-time users.
hahahahhahahahahahahahah ahaha guess you work at GNC bro

When Muscle Tech first came out there were a bunch of bros who religiously believed (and preached) the ridiculous "1732% better" claims, and of course they always had a friend (not present there) who achieved the advertised results.
Locking out on leg extensions strengthens the knees (? !!)
Double boiling boneless, skinless chicken breast, drinking distilled water.
Fat burning begins past the 20 minute mark, anything before that is useless.
Drinking very cold water speeds up fat burning.

'a calorie is just a calorie'
There is nothing wrong with this statement. 2000 grams of carbs from say ice cream, if we hypothetically took all the protein and fat out of it so that it would be exactly 8000 kcals, would put exactly the same amount of fat on someone, as 2000 grams of carbs from brown rice would (again with the fat and protein taken out of it).

the calories in and calories out model is just a model, its not quite exactly accurate but it serves its purpose perfectly

you are changing the goal posts to suit your argument the statement although hypothetically wrong is in general terms correct
