He's really good but I consider him a system QB.  He got injured and missed a year the Pats went 11-5.  Peyton Manning got injured and missed a year and the Colts lost almost every single game that season.

1 system?  What system was that?  Bradys had many different offensive coordinators.  Manning had 1, Tom Moore.  Bradys had Weis, Obrien, Mcdaniels.  All running different systems.

Elway-under Dan Reeves-took 3 teams to the SB playing with a mid evil, bare bones, draw plays in the sand offense.  The goal was to keep the game close and let Elway win it in the 4th quarter.

I was at an NFL luncheon in San Fran about 10 years ago.  Ronnie Lott was there.  I asked him who was the best player he ever had to play against.

His answer:  "Jerry Rice"

I laughed and said he is on your team.

His reply: "During practice Rice was harder to defend than any other reciever during a real game"

Bellicheck's offense isn't innovative. the rules changes are why they are so great. which is ironic, because they MADE the rule changes because players and coaches were complaining about bellicheck's NE defense beating the shit out of receivers on every play.

So they changed the rules and what does he do? says "fuck defense" and stockpiles offensive talent and installs a pass-first offense...LOL, gotta hand it to the guy, he's a devious fuck.
