Anyone ever work out on a Soloflex?  It made a big splash back in the day. I think Frank Zane was one of their models for their commercials.  Their videos and ads were very persuasive.  I wondered if they were still in business. They are and they want $2500 for one with no attachments. That would buy a lot of real weight lifting stuff.

i had about 8000 lbs of plates left over in my quonset.  even tho they were mostly elieko i sold them all for 75 cents/lb. as they were rusty.
i saw buddy selling them on line for $3/lb.  he made close to 20grand off my plates dammit.  but six months ago
i didn't anticipate anyone buying them.  he got back to me in less than a week saying he sold out and wanted more.

i wish i would have  bought more loose weights when i had the opportunities. saxon's, milos ferrignos all are bringing big bucks esp. bow, i sold 35 lbs of ferrignos for 2 bucks a pound  a while ago. you could probably get 10 bucks a lb easily for saxon's.
