No its Not straight Up Whey.  Its a mix of different proteins (kinda like optimum's pro complex) this has whey, milk protein, Egg albumin, and brown rice protein ()

Usually these blends use cartillage and shit like that.  Pure garbage.  They tell you on the label that isolate has 99% bioavailability but they don't have any, then they use made up words.

Sounds like a good mix but it could be garbage if it's cut with brown rice.  Whey, casein, and egg are fantastic. Just wonder if the stuff you have is mainly rice protein.

Yea I've never seen brown rice protein in a shake Before. I assumed it would be a similar blend to whats in Syntha 6 .

agreed. Haven't bought protein in a long time. I drink these constantly. 2 bucks a pop.

We buy those cause my wife likes them.  But I eat whole Eggs for my first meal, don't think I can substitute egg whites for protein shakes though! Ugh!
