You have a great base to start up again!!! And don't forget muscle memory will kick in and you'll be putting the size on again faster than you could imagine!

before that it was deteriorating for a while after some minor back injuries
i think i will lift once a week for a while on saturday for example
3 rounds of:
20-30leg press, 15-20 leg curl, 15-20 standing calf raise
3 rounds of:
12-15dumbel press, 12-15 supinated bent over barbel row
that's basically a full body workout in one hour or less
