you already did hormonas...and you still looked like a tiny twink. You had to resort to photoshop in order to make yourself look decent only to be outed by 1 MORE REP. Either forget about looking ripped and muscled or go all the way into gear non stop for years.

I think you would be better off not cheating now - and cheating once every few days when you get down to the lower bf % because it would help keep your metabolism from stalling out.

Better even not to cheat but to just increase carbs (with healthy carbs) once or twice a week.

Good point.

You won't need to eat filthy junk if you eat enough healthy food in the first place.

seriously, that is a very good physique.
besides the bullshit on getbig I never trained for more than 3 months   at anytime since 2003....so I never really took it seriously....I don't feel good on high doses ...but you never know....

i dont feel good on high doses either, it feels very wrong and the most growth i get in midsection Lips sealed

I do it for a few months then I am back to a normal life .. I have not competed in the last 10 years so it's a nice hobby.

If I could tolerate very high doses, imagine a leaner meaner Groink with huge wheels  Grin

i wanna see the gymrat who gets shredded on that.

ok, depends on what kind of job one has, etc.

They cut on 3000kcals, doing like 2hours of cardio here. The reason why they eat so much is because they are "afraid to loose muscle".

They don't understand that this additional carbs will make your insulin go to the level where it's very hard to loose bodyfat for 90% of people. All this additional cardio will do is burn that energy from carbs off and of course not without cost - every activity makes it harder for you to repair muscle tissue, it wreaks havoc on regeneration... Which means more muscle lost.

Also, some people will NEVER, EVER get lean naturally. 15% - sure, 12% - maybe, not likely tho. They tried every protocol under the sun and whetever they did they just either:

 - stayed fat
 - lost tons of muscle and got smaller with little bit of fat lost

And year after year they remain looking EXACTLY the same and no guru, no layne norton, no true adonis can help them. Only a set of needles, syringes and good old testosterone propionate can.

For some it CAN be done.

For many others it CAN'T be done.

I am 100% sure there is NO WAY I could get to 6% naturally, NO FUCKING WAY. Naturally, getting to 12% is pain in the ass. Naturally for me, maintaining 15% is pain in the ass.
