true, but what I meant by weight was weight in the gym...odd how Phil is known for his arms, yet Kai and Jay's (when Jay was competing) are bigger than Phil's.
Phil is gonna have to look at MM3, and "Unbelievable" and Kai's workouts and see, that he is gonna have to up the ante. It was too close this time, next time he's gonna have to show that He is Mr. O.
Every Mr. O has their close calls or have lost it. For Haney it was 1990 (and some have said before that). For Dorian it was 94 (some say 96 and 97), and for Ronnie it was when he lost at the GNC. For Jay it was 2008.
Now for Phil it was 2012, narrowly beating the man that has bested him at all the Arnold Classics.
This year is Phil's defining moment.

if he loses i think phil will completely go to pieces... meltdown...

Stop obsessing over that which is insignificant. Wiggs, i don't believe it has ever been asked but how did end up on this site. What is your link to bodybuilding. Did you ever work out? Why have you been here so many years fat and weird? Serious question.
That's a fair question, and your obsession with Kai!

LOL Jay got absolutely destroyed by Vic in 2007. That was a robbery! Jay should have one Olympia tops

I'll say this, from the pics, Phil's conditioning was better from the back.

This was discussed ad naseum back in Oct, and pics were posted, and Phil was more conditioned from the back.

This is unrelated to the conditioning issue, but watch as both give each other props.

The pics were posted, because people were saying about the vid didn't show it, then the pics were posted and it showed...
And also see in the vid posted, a younger dude in the company calmer older guy. Diff personalities, yet both respect one another.

But, I know one thing, Kai ain't gonna let him get away with that again...

Kai has a lot of rage inside of him. Hope he finally gets over it.

He was wrong, and should have been penalized for it, like anybody else.
He has said before that a winner, does what he has to to win, so it goes lock step with his mentality.
I agree with what G had said, Phil is like Flex Wheeler, except with Jay as a guidance counselor.

Yeah, but he fucked a grapefruit.   :-\   :D

Only thing anybody needs to know right there about why he won't win. And, if he does, that's this "sport" finally admitting it won't ever be legit.

And I don't think he can get much bigger and maintain his waist.  Somehow he managed to tighten his waist last year but its going to be a challenge reigning that stomach in.   He has Coleman like potential for a big belly.

its truly apples to oranges....kai wins all back poses...phil has a more pleasing look...while kai is a superfreak...kai had maybe a 2 percent better conditioning... really a tough call..overall i still think phil won but kai can and probably will beat phil in the future,,

Kai is listed at 5'8 and Phil at 5'9. Kai can hold more weight because he's wider. Phil gives the illusion he's bigger than he is. Ronnie at his best in 98 was 252. Kai at his best (2012) was in the mid 250s.

And yes, Kai is Phil's Achilles heel. He beat Phil at the Arnold...twice. Phil has no Arnold's. Kai's found his look and just needs to keep doing what he's doing.  Kai will beat Phil in the O.
Answer the question please.
