Like many other fitness chicks, she has a "selfie quota" due to endorsements. They are told they have to take X number of pictures either holding the product or having it somewhere in the background of the shot. This is a very common promotional practice in the fitness industry (supplement, apparel etc.) They know hot selfies are going to get lots of views, so it makes sense.
