The cops in this video, three judges, and the prosecutor (who tried to railroad the couple in court and failed!), are now in the summary judgement phase of a $5m title 42 action. MELVIN AND ANNIE ANTHONY (CASED DISMISSED TODAY!!!)

Hear about it on call tonight: Melvin & Annie Anthony in Court today. Harbor Justice Center. Originally jumped by 4 Sherriffs in OC airport. Wife Anny Anthony slammed to the ground hard. Jailed for over 24 hours. Melvin charged by the officers with assualt on a peace officer and obstruction of an officers duty. Melvin and Anny never plead to the charges. They never waived any time to a speedy trial. The filed a Title 42 against the officers involved. 4 judges involved throuhout the case. 2 judges added to the title 42. The last judge yesterday was forcing it to trial without the consent of Melvin or ever a plea on the table. 35 people showed up in court yesterday and all of them knew that the judge was looking at transcripts of previous hearings that were done in fraud whereby the transcripts stated that Melvin and Annie DID enter a plea. Over 15 people signed Affidavits in a Burger King last night attesting to the facts of Melvin and Annie's position and that they never entered a plea and never waived their right to a speedy trial. Melvin submitted that to the record of the court this morning and ALL OF A SUDDEN THE JUDGE WAS WORRIED ABOUT THE 45 day right to a speedy trial. She gave the Prostituting Attorney 30 minutes to find case law that would allow for her to proceed (there is none) and then SHE DISMISSED THE CASE!!!!!!!!!!!! Congratulations Melvin and Annie Anthony and thank you to everyone that helped by showing up to the hearings. The People made the difference. When we stand together under the law we win!!!!
