Begin your leg workout with calves if they are weakest part, then move on to hamstrings, laying leg curls and or seated leg curls, then squat deep with back straight and push through heels. You could incorporate stiff leg deadlifts on your back day or just regular deads could activate too depending on form.
i have been doing calves on an other day so i can give them a 100% (typicall i do them with delts and tris, or back)
i have managed to put an inch or so on my calfs since juicing up so thats good, but they still suck
do you believe front squats are superior for bodybuilding? i did them a lot but over time i got too sensitive for upper back pains from it, back squats put the upper back very solid so no issues there
i quit deadlifts because i didnt see any benefits from them even tho as a naturalol i managed to do 5x200kg with full stop each rep
seems it just made obliques nasty big so i said fuck em
