5'8", got up to about 205lbs pretty solid (taking lots of Superdrol) but felt extremely uncomfortable. Mind you, I started lifting around 110lbs or so, and although that was severely underweight it's a fuckload of a difference regardless.
Always shred down between 175-185lbs and never go much over 190lbs, then shred back down again even leaner than before. Off all gear and sitting around 175lbs, which I really didn't expect. It seems the longer you hold a solid weight (shredded at least, bloof doesn't count), the easier it gets to stay at. I used to sneeze and would lose 10lbs even on gear, but now I can miss sleep, miss meals and not train without losing more than a lb or two or water.
Ideally I'd like to be at a leaner 180lbs but that'll be pressing it. It feels like being a ballooned up midget at anything higher than that weight. Always under 10% bf, otherwise I consider that just being fat.
