I guess it depends on what your goals are at the time. Dont get me wrong - walking around the gym pushing massive weight for a few reps and getting looks is fun. However - at what cost?
While i was way bigger i was strong as an ox but would gas in my MMA class FAST. So unless ii got shit done asap - i was wheezing,
Now - sure i sacrificed some size and strength, but i gained endurance and stamina. Was it worth it? I think so. No getting winded doing basic shit is nice for a change
