the good thing about the show is that they keep it real and kill major characters and not just the ones no one cares about.

You know why though?

They would have LOVED keeping Merle in the series for much longer, and who wouldn't since Rooker is a phenomenal actor, but i believe he had other committments

I guess, he did make it to the second to last show, how busy could he be that he couldn't do the next season which shoots six months now ? but it does make sense he's the biggest name actor on the show, most are brits

They are showing the whole series from episode 1 this week. I just noticed something that I didn't pick on on first time around. Rick was in a coma for a couple of weeks, and Lori is fucking Shame, and has been fucking him when we first run across them Zombies or not..Damn wait until the body is cold.that's his ex wife and his best friend...WTF?

yeah, it's not a spoiler like merle dying, but if the attack is on the way to prison, at least we know these 3 don't get blown up.

the preview shows the governor's army attacking the prison and blowing up a guard tower. the still pic shows rick and friends invading their camp.

my *guess* is that they attack an empty prison, maybe get into some trouble there, then return back thinking rick's crew ran... at which point they emerge from hiding spots and governor is killed in some memorable way. Just a guess. But i think we're supposed to believe rick's crew sneaking into woodbury.

my guess is that just as the gov gets the upper hand, he's literally stabbed in the back by that little nerdy guy that always follows him around.

After Merlie, the season finale is BS! The only thing they can do is, blow maggie up in the tower shot, have Glenn go after the Govner and turned to a zombie, and have Daryl gut the Govner. Maybe Carl gets lost in the woods like Sophia.

My guess is, they will kill off Carol.

Tyrese Group - Joke and underdeveloped.
Herschel and the Blond daughter - Joke.

I only watch the show for Daryl and Carol now.

Merle was never meant to be a regular, he was more like a guest star, a few eps in season 1 and a big return for a short run in season 3.
