in fact, all we really need to do is post ab shots coz that shows our level of leanness, but i'm gonna send both you dudes a front relaxed and back double bi, just so you fellas can tell me if i actually improved my arms and chest coz that's my goal now, besides getting ripped
and as far as an updte goes my waist is down 5 cm (2 inches) and my ab skinfold is down 4 mm
i need to lose another 5-6 cm off of my waist and another 4-5 mm off of my ab skinfold then at that point i'll be sitting @ 6%
