and it's funny coz each training session i look at my bells and think... "mmm... maybe i should do some calf raises?" but then i tell myself.... "fuck dude! it's such a dull fucking exercise! forget about it and fuck your mom, your girl, and your getbig buds! ;D ;D ;D"

u have genetically narrow waist ,,long legs,,top to bottom at least there ,they are even all the way down ...train them,,calves look good in long shorts even somewhat built.

Nice to have an X frame and be able to wear shorts without people asking you if you train legs lol.

Not that I care what people think but when you bust your ass training its kind of a kick in the nuts.

is it really so important to get an extreme and full range of motion on calf raises?

i do one leg calf raises with a heavy bell in one hand when i do them, but i only do them from the floor up, so they are basically from mid-range til top extended position

i know you're supposed to get the bottom stretch on them but it's a real pain in the ass setting up for this by standing on a thick book, not to mention that the thick book that i use isn't so strongly stable lol so i just do them from the floor up to top position

A full stretch is important even holding the bottom stretch for a couple of seconds.
