btw dudes, i'm giving a good effort here but not pushing real hard
anyways, my whole point at this point in time is to prove to you dudes that i can indeed make improvements upon my physique and to do what i set out to do

what i'm going to prove at this point in time is that i can and did get MUCH LEANER and that i added shape and size onto my weak points ie. chest and arms
next up, i'll stay as lean as i am now, while continuing to add shape and size to my weak points ie. chest, arms (if they still are weak points) and now i'll also ADD CALVES into the mix

so what i want from you dudes is to confirm that i really did get MUCH leaner and that i did indeed add size and shape to my chest and arms (if i really did so, so shoot it to me straight and don't patronize me)
also i'll ask of you dudes what still needs work in order to PERFECT MY PORPORTIONS

and i want you fellas to tell me this separately so i can get each of your points of view privately, coz last time all 3 of you said the same thing to me privately ie. that my back and delts are/were ahead of my chest and arms
