For years, bodybuilders have been denying the possibility of kidney and heart issues and look at all of the recent deaths and serious health implications that are popping up everywhere. What a sad sport. Bunch of fucking abusers and delusional twits.
I've always suspected that bulking to stupidly heavy weights and doing it too quickly was going to catch up with people, but everyone called me a sketch-hard or a jealous twink (I got fat and huge too, no jealousy here!). I stopped bulking and getting over 10% bf and I don't load up on the protein anymore either. Heart is strong as fuck, I can run forever and I never get winded like I used to. I'm fortunate to be young and have only juiced for a few years, but to everyone else I urge you to give your heads a shake. Not vilifying PEDs at all, but also not thinking that they're "completely harmless" either. Be real with yourselves and don't neglect your health if you choose to use PEDs. They can be used with a lot of very minimal sides and risks, but it isn't completely fool proof and everyone has a genetic predisposition to something or other, and chances are that one of the PEDs out there could be really dangerous for you.
Don't listen to gh15 and his stupid advice... he suggests that exogenous growth hormone fixes everything, but that's wrong and completely irresponsible of him to just try shilling in place of offering real advice. On that subject, that recommendation will just lead to insulin insensitivity which can also exacerbate renal problems. It's all related. Kidneys, water, protein, glucose metabolism, etc... and it's all a lot more important than what we've been parroting. A lot of us here are guilty of it too, myself included. I've given my head a big shake in the last year and got in the shape of my life. Getting off the juice and shrinking down to twink-territory again has been a blessing in disguise for me.
