Wondering, actually, how much would the front, or read end, of the average mid size car weigh. Depending on the angle & torque of the lifted weight. Most experienced guy's can DL (or SLDL) 400, for reps, pretty easy. With all the plastic, aluminum and other alloy's parts on cars now days...wonder what those high end luxury machines weigh. I'm more into trucks, with or without, bumpers. Or some muscle cars of the past era.
Just to note: doing a one hand DL, most can come near 100lbs less as with two hands. Grip taken into consideration, of course (remembering that the legs/back does the lifting...the grip only holds the bar in position). A straddle position seems to work best. Might try it to find out for your self. Excellent grip developer, switch hands each set.. The Jefferson lift is a great exercise, also. Good Luck.
