Bouncer you've inspired me to eat higher carbs and lower fats on a diet. I fucking am a carb addict and can live without fats. Just was afraid to eat too many.

running 300mgs test e per week and 200mgs masteron e per week. sort of a low dose cruise before i bump up the doses a bit and add in gh for the summer.

this is the company i buy my oats from. they are much easier to eat that the old fashioned oatmeal shit, the way its cut and mixed with some other shit. give it a try. http://www.betteroats.com/

i usually cut my chicken breast up and cook it with half an onion salt and pepper and some hot sauce.
