Galeniko is correct. The more I starve the better I look. Food or rather lack of it is the key to being shredded. Cardio and PED help, but you will get ripped on not eating if you have no access to cardio weights and ped.
I dont really agree with you guys with the whole "starve" thing. At 3000 cals a day I am hardly starving myself. There is never a point in the day where I am sitting there dying to eat. I get hungry right around the time my next meal comes.
I think its more about getting your body on a schedule. Same meals at the same time, training and cardio etc.. You can really feel your body becoming more efficient with how it handles calories.
30 minutes of cardio 6 days per week fast walking pace is a must for me also.
