Galeniko is correct. The more I starve the better I look. Food or rather lack of it is the key to being shredded. Cardio and PED help, but you will get ripped on not eating if you have no access to cardio weights and ped.

Cardio for cutting is a waste of time, 20 minutes at a high level on a bike burns around 200 cals, its easier to just cut 200 cals FFS.

disagree. i would rather eat higher cals, feel good and full and do cardio rather then starve myself and cut all the cals. i have tried both approaches and the look of my physique is different.

and as you know. the metabolic effect of cardio does not stop as soon as you get off the treadmill or bike etc..
