100mg of tren eod, 50mg of prop eod. I don't train shoulders at all, I squat and deadlift like crazy. My goal is powerlifting, physique is just side effect of keeping my bodyweight low. Also I believe it's better to be lean coz fat does not lift weights up. I am inspired my chinese olympic lifters who are CRAZY lean.
