serious, instead of geting into that shape, its better to not train at all and then come back by dieting.

ffs his calves are soaked in water.

in the first couple seconds, yeah hes soemthing like competition level lean.
but in the gym, hes a total fatso bloated mess with moonface.
Uh, that video is a year old in full bulk mode for him.

He competes in bodybuilding and trains heavy and likes to lift heavy.  He doesn`t get too fat at all and stays in an acceptable range.  To lift the weights that he does, he has to put on a little extra weight and there is nothing wrong with that.  He doesn`t "over bulk" at all and has made gains.  Although you may not think so due to being a lifetime Natural, its not going to be blatantly obvious.

he's just disciplined and when the going got rough (ie. brutal hunger and suffering as a result of that hunger) he just hung tough and stuck through it, so respect for that
