i was a member of a couple gyms over 10 years and never saw anyone deep rep 405 that wasnt on obvious steroids

this kid looks like hes on something but not much but that strength is unreal for a natural as lean as him. ive seen blacks and whites get under that squat rack and practically none would rep 405 deep with good form

I`ve done it and I never have been on anything.  I Ass to Grounded 470 for 5-Olympic Squat.

No, but I was a fat 235 lbs at the time.  Also Deadlifting 600. 


My Squat is now inching up to what I could do at 235 only now I am a very lean 175-178.  Using low bar technique.
