He's not a bodybuilder. That's a weigh in for a MMA fight. That's Kazuyuki Miyata from Japan. Good fighter. Competed in the Olympics in wrestling and now in MMA. He's about 5'8" 145lbs or so.

I have seen the bloated jowl look on so many guys using bodybuilding drugs.

Depends on the bar. Some bars bend easily, some don't. I definitely believe there are small people squatting incredible weights, it's just that their body proportions/builds are way different than adonis'.
