I did 4000 cals yesterday and felt like shit. So today I ate the same but burned 1500 cals on the incline treadmill over two sessions, which sucked but put me back. that reminds you not to fuck up again or you have to work it off. I hate cutting out food the next day, makes me feel weak and want to binge
