CNN is talking to another reporter -

a 2nd person has been taken into custody.   in handcuffs.  is being walked past him.  black short cropped hair, appears to be of midle eastern complexion.

this, in addition to the naked white dude.  

this is what "gabe" is calling into the CNN reporter.   TWO people in custody at the scene in watertown.
