As you say halo has made a difference in a week mate.posing stage presence etc last week was brilliant my only criticism was condition and I mean no disrespect saying that.
You have fantastic lines and balance and at local level your shape carries you but the next level means you are competing with similar type physiques.

nail your condition and you would be a very hard man to beat.

You may have to start counting calories to make those fine adjustments that are necessary to push yourself to the next level.
Something you may not wish to do but something you might have to do to get the results you deserve.

I know you dont mean any disrespect, none taken, I remember you saying that to me backstage. Even though I had not planned to be my best for that weekend and entered at last minute I still feel I had enough condition to win the overall, not taking anything away from John. Many people told me I should have won it.

I just cannot get my head around counting calories and macros as how can one really know what the body burns and requires on a daily basis all things taken in to consideration.

It was a very close call ronan I had my fingers and toes crossed for john.
As I said you have fantastic shape & balance.john is a work in progress, with some exceptional bodyparts but also weaknesses which he's hoping to rectify.I think once his back improves & inner upper chest, like you he would be hard to beat.
He was just harder than you.7-10lbs tighter ronan and you would have had me ready to have a heart attack waiting on the decision.l was stressed out enough as it was.

I've known john since he was 17 and 9 1/2 stone and have seen his physique progress & am very proud of him.

7-10 lbs is a huge figure. I started my prep at 17stone 8 and am around 17 now granted I began cycle at same time so muscle was added but 10 lbs of fat too loose?
