i tried the challenge with 255 lbs... i kept up the pace for about 5 minutes (on target for 25 minute total completion) doing 2 reps every 30 seconds, but figured even if i were able to complete it (unlikely), i would be seriously risking injury.
not happening, lol. the 100 pullups in 15 minutes would be dramatically easier for me... i've done 35 in one set before.
how about this one? this would be pretty tough. i think i could get close, but i've only ever done 5 muscle ups once in my life, and there's no way in hell i could do them after all the other stuff.
in short, the challenge is:
5 muscle ups
45 dips
25 pullups
55 pushups
5 muscle ups
in under 6 minutes
