Johnny, Since you weigh 325 lbs I think, you would have to do 406 (405) for 100 in under 30 minutes Ass to Ground.  Its doable.

Are you implying that the weight to weight strength ratio, is flawed? No way anyone can do 405x100.

Nope.  This guy weighs much less than Falcon and I am sure he could do 405 for 100 in under 30 minutes.

Here he does 405 for 20 in one set.

Can you do it? I did it and it was pretty tiring.  I also did 15 sets of Biceps afterwards. 

I have done 40 reps with 225, in one set, with two weeks of training...Before I watched your video i was thinking, holy shit I could never do a 100 reps, it would kill me...So I was let down that he did it in sets of 10

I have a long way to go to earn this certification.

It would be a lot easier to get a certification from one of those strip mall "colleges" like vince went to.

I think a lot of people on here could do squats,  1.25 times their bodyweight for 100 in under 30 minutes and it not be too difficult.  I thought at first that it was too easy, especially when I got to the 50 mark.  After 50 it got more tiring.  I would rate the difficulty somewhere around 6-8 out of 10 to be honest.

Ok for the next challenge I am thinking 100 pullups in 15 minutes or less, arms lock out at bottom and no kipping is used, chin must go above bar each rep.

This guy did it in 21 minutes and I think that is too easy.  15 minutes is a bit better for a challenge and I may have to adjust that time down even.

That is a Tough one right there!

Muscle Ups are no joke and do take practice.  I will have to consider this one for sure.  I think the 100 pullup is a go and will add that one.

On your squats- You were just getting warm!  I think you could have done it.  It does get much, much more difficult as you go on.  I did 10 sets of 10 and it was burning, sweat poring-I was working out in 85 degree weather, and breathing like a locomotive towards the end.  I also drank a half gallon of water during the whole thing.

Thats the way I do them, except I go up a little higher than shown in the diagram.

I usually do around 20-25 on my first set.

Guys over 200 pounds, whether they are solid muscle or not, would have a tough time with that. It's the same reason you don't see 200 pound gymnasts. The power/weight ratio does not stay at a 1:1 ratio as people get larger....muscle or not.

Think automobiles, a car with a 400 hp engine can hit say 150mph, to get to 170 it requires another 200 hp...numbers aren't exact, but the theory is a fact.
