kinda drunk but this seems like a fun idea. will report my attempts tomrorow. fair warning, squatted yesterday, did oly lifts today, might fuck up bad LOL
You could probably handle it.  It really wasn`t too difficult.  Especially when you see the clock ticking.


I am going to try the 100 pullups in under 15 minutes tomorrow.  Feel free to post some challenges my friend, I`d love to give them a try!

i'm actually tempted to do both at the same time. they're just 10x10 so alternate 10 squats and 10 pullups, see what happens. i've certainly done stranger. i'm almost positive i could do the whole circuit in under 30.

It sneaks up on you.  I could really feel it about 50-60.  I finished somewhere between 25-27 minutes.  Of course I just did the 1.25 times body weight squats for 100.  I think I could beat that time easily now that I know what I am in for. 

After that I did do 15 sets of Bicep work, including drop sets, but I didn`t time those at all.

Most I ever did was 220 lbs X 165 reps,


was trying to go for 200 reps but just couldn't go any more!  And pretty sure it took me more than 30 mins though!

The pullups might fuck you up. You are a beefy dude if i remember correctly.

Give it a try.  1.25 times your body weight for 100 under 30 minutes for squat.

you suggest a ratio of 1.25 bw for squats...

what ratio would you suggest for dealifts...bench...and shoulder press?

Not sure as I haven`t experimented with that just yet.  Bench will be my toughest for sure though.

Back
100 Pullups in 15 minutes.  Pause at the bottom with lockout, chin above bar every rep.

5 Sets Close Grip Lat Pulldown
5 sets Standing Upper back Pulls


Shoulders
DB Press 5 Sets
Rope Upright Rows 5 sets
Barbell Front Raise 5 sets

I want to lower it to 12 minutes now.  I also completed these on an Ultra Thick Bar which made it much more difficult I think.  If I recall, the thinner the bar, the easier it is on your grip.  My Twig like Forearms were on fire.

Rest of the workout went great as well.  I will have to come up with a chest challenge next.

Challenge 3-  Body weight on the bar to 100 in 12 minutes.

I tried to make this one challenging, yet doable first time out as Bench Press is by far my worst lift of any.

I`m considering that actually.  So far these challenge are average and nothing really that great.  I`d like to keep them up and see what I can do with them though.
