Dumbass challenge.  For anyone that trains in a traditional bodybuilding routine of 4-5 sets, 8 reps, sure this will seem real hard, but one month of preparing for it, doing higher and higher reps and sure enough you can prep your body for it.  You sound worst than those fucking crossfit cunts
Ya this shit is all circuit training type shit, not feasible to go out of your regular routine to do this, it would take anyone 4 to 5 workout to maximize there potential on the time.

Squatting 225 (or 1.25x bodyweight) for 100 reps in under 30 minutes can't be that hard to do.

My regular squat workout used to be 8 sets of 10 reps with a lot more weight than 1.25 times my bodyweight... 2-3 times a week.

Will think of a more challenging one and then try to do it... 100 full reps of wide overhand grip chin-ups in less than 15 minutes or curling half my bodyweight for 200 reps in under 15 minutes would be pretty much impossible for me to do though. Will work on the chins but curling half my bodyweight for 200 reps in less than 15 minutes is something that I would have to really focus on for a long time and even then I probably could never get it done with strict form. Biceps was never a strong point for me ... but somehow I can't imagine anyone actually doing this.

Yeah, I didn`t find the 1.25 times bodyweight squat for 100 too difficult.  Somewhere around a 6-8 difficulty first time out.  I bet the next time is even easier.

As far as workouts today, I will have to postpone to tomorrow as I have a lot of things I have to take care of, including baking 3 Pizzas.  I did 3 days in a row workouts and figure a day off might be good anyways.  I will probably do another 3 days in a row after today-each with a new challenge of some sort in addition to all my Heavy lifting.

bro I am not dissing the idea, it is fun but no one can just stop their traditional training and get these numbers right off the bat, they need to get their tendons and ligaments prepped up and push the lactic acid so it becomes more tolerent for several workout before they can do their best.  8)

The body is not that fragile of system.  Think of it this way...if your friend was trapped under a car, would you say "hang on a sec...I have to warm up first" before trying to lift it off of them?  If you are training with such huge heavy loads, do you not think your ligaments and tendons are strong enough to handle some repetitive lighter weight?

No I don't think they are and I will tell you why;

I have been banging out 365 on flat recently for reps of 8, last work out got 10 reps. Now I did 32 reps with 2 plates and gave out due to lactic acid, I can easily hit 38-40 but i need several workout, i know when I fail at 38-40 it's the muscle failing cause it still slowly moves for the last 3 reps and when it was the lactic acid it simply stopped on a dime, even if I dropped weight I couldn't continue cause it was not the muscle that failed.

It simply is not conditioned for this at the moment, i don't know exactly how to explain it but your body does need a few workouts to adjust to a different degree of training that much is certain.

You just spoke about lactic acid, but did not support the statement that you feel your ligaments and tendons need time to adjust.  Oh, and yes, the muscle failed along with your body's ability to process the metabolic 'waste'.  Lactic acid is not the be all, end all enemy to muscular fatigue.  That, along with things like calcium, potassium, as well as ADP and magnesium (to name a few) determine how more work you could do.  Your body could not recruit enough of the motor units necessary to contract under that particular load.  Thats not to say that your muscle couldn't contract because no one ever achieves true 100% muscular failure.  Yes, the body will have adjust to certain things.  The body loves homeostasis.  So, even with your larger loads it has to adapt and change.

Well not in the mood to discuss science, you could be right in what you wrote, I don't know.

What I do know is if I go to the gym tomorrow I will get at least 35 reps on 2 plates and if I did it again in a few days I will get 38 and then again I will get 40. The jump from 32 reps to forty has nothing to do with me gaining strength or having bigger muscles since it took 4 workouts in a span of 12 days, it is simply cause my body adjusted accordingly.

Its not a matter of right or wrong.  It is what it is.

What you just described is gaining strength.  Like it or not, it is getting stronger.  What do you think strength means?  You body adapted by becoming more efficient.  Be it by recruitment of motor units, handling metabolic waste, turn over of ADP into ATP, etc.

Yup. Not too many 225 pound guys that can crank out set after set of 10 chinups. I normally go 12, 10, 8, 6 and I'm toast.

I figured I might as workout today instead of a day off.  Legs and Biceps.  I will do a Bicep Challenge today instead of Legs as I just did one a few days ago.  Plus, today is my heavy day for Squats.

Challenge 4: Bicep Barbell Curls half of Body weight (90 lbs) for 200 reps in 15 minutes.  Form must be perfect, no swinging, no back movement, no hips thrusting-if the weight cannot be lifted without breaking form, take a rest.

Workout will be:

Squats:
4 Sets HEAVY-Rep Range- 5,5,5,2
Hamstring Leg Curls-5 sets
Leg extensions-5 sets of 20

Biceps:
Challenge 4 Bicep Barbell Curls half of Body weight (90 lbs) for 200 reps in 15 minutes.
Standing Preacher Curls-5 sets
Hammer Curls with Tricep Bar-5 sets
Ok Bros. FAILED this one too.

I got 120 reps of half my bodyweight in 15 minutes.  I did this AFTER my Heavy leg day and it was extremely difficult but I soldiered on anyways.  I could have gotten more I think but this is a good base line to improve upon.  One of the best arm workouts I think I have ever done, despite being drenched in sweat.

These challenges are turning out to be some of my best workouts ever.
