Bostin should just lift lighter weights with the amount of drugs he uses he really just needs to get a pump. You don't have to lift heavy weights to contract a muscle group although you always have to do a heavy set where you do a few heavy max-outs. Form is important but I have seen pros use 25lb weights when the do bicep curls they just concentrate on getting the contraction. They already have the size. when you get to that point you really just have to make it in the gym and the gear will do alot of the work a few heavy sets is def necessary but you don't need to constantly lifting heavy weights.

full range, I only do full range and yes I can curl the hundreds with full range not your 2 inch range.

Bro you fucked up when you did that bench press video cause now no one here takes your lifts serious anymore, I counted 5 reps on the 225 bench video that were full range, if you combine all the other reps you would be lucky to hits 16-18 reps and that is tops.

You can't really say that though, we don't know this, he is getting bigger every time we see him, he has 20 inch arms and he was a mere twig a couple of years ago, I think he is responding very well, he will see 300lb off-season soon and the contest weight of 250 in a few years, that is no less of a response then any other current average pro, I mean come on bro, the body can only grow so fast.

After his last NPC contest I noticed he held that condition, entered a small muscle beach contest with no diet and then began adding size again.  I know he tried to cruise for a bit but couldn't pull it off so dove back into bulking but with a cleaner diet.

Honestly very bad move for him to enter that contest, why?, in that condition? that was a shocker. I mean the guy should know you can not win shows in that condition. Now having said that had he come in the condition of his other show he would have mopped the floor with that guy that beat him.

His chest is non-existent! and I did not say stop doing heavy weights but slow down on lifting weights he cannot control with good form. You also have to remember this kid is syntholed up!
His chest is garbage! What I am saying once you get to a certain point and have built a massive foundation you don't need to lift heavy weights all the time. I have seen pros do remarkable things with light weight especially training their biceps and smaller muscle groups of course you have to throw in some heavy sets or have a heavy day but Like many have saids this kid is going to rip a tendon or muscle. He has shitty bicep seperation that can only get better if he lifts weights he can control and do a few heavy sets.

He might be able to do it but he would like like complete shit and If he competed at 250lbs that is kai greene type weight not going to happen. This kid will never turn pro. Bostin even said in that tell all interview he had just started syntholing his chest so he is just taking these easy routes hell at 20 years old you can still make alot of gains no reason to be using that much synthol at such a young age. This poor kid cannot even breath after talking for a few sentences. Palmubo is a criminal and Bostin could of worked with a better trainer and he couldn't handle it. palumbo has not done what john has done for christ sakes palumbo has prepped billy guns and a few others what credentials from a guy who failed going pro 9 times
