full range, I only do full range and yes I can curl the hundreds with full range not your 2 inch range.
Bro you fucked up when you did that bench press video cause now no one here takes your lifts serious anymore, I counted 5 reps on the 225 bench video that were full range, if you combine all the other reps you would be lucky to hits 16-18 reps and that is tops.
