I cant weigh under 260, i just feel unhealthy, like im starving myself, and since i havent trained chest bench hitting bar and locking out for over 20 years, yes it is difficult to just start training that way, from here out i vouch to do one chest touch and lockout bench every other week, that way I stay conditioned for sanctioned style lifts, not that it matters but you guys on the board give me motivation, each time i go train i get more psyched up because i look around myself at the gyms i go to, and say i wonder if any of these fellas are on getbig................lo l..............
